Most’s article won a first place award in the Illinois Woman’s Press Association 2012 High School Communications Contest. Her article went on to place 3rd in the nation for Environmental Reporting in the National Federation of Press Women 2012 High School Communications Contest.
Many people are aware of the dangerous effects of alcohol and drugs such as marijuana and cocaine and are educated about the risks of consuming these substances. A more recent epidemic is now climbing the ranks of the most frequently abused drugs.
According to BeSmartBeWell.com, around two million teens abuse unused prescription drugs that are left around the house and in the medicine cabinet. Continue »
